Barb Goll
With over 25 years of experience in the field of education, I have dedicated my career to supporting children and families through a variety of roles and settings. I have successfully operated daycares and preschools, creating nurturing and developmentally appropriate environments for early learners. My experience also includes working in specialized educational settings, including two years in an ES2 (Enhanced Support 2) classroom and involvement with an ES1 program, where I supported students with unique learning needs. In addition to my work in education, I am deeply committed to serving the community. I currently serve as the treasurer on the board of Special Olympics, contributing to the organization’s mission of promoting inclusion and empowerment through sports. I also serve on the board of the Foster Parents Association, advocating for the needs and well being of foster families.
My passion lies in creating inclusive, supportive environments where all children can thrive, and I bring a strong foundation of leadership, compassion, and dedication to every role I undertake.

Allison East
My name is Allison East, a Complex Needs Education Assistant at St. Anthony School, and I am running to be your next Vice President.
As the Secretary for our local union for over 5 years, I continually took on projects within our local and Union at large outside the Secretary role and will continue to do so as your Vice President. My participation in our local’s committees (Bylaw, Economic Policy, Scholarship, Joint Health and Safety, and Women’s Committees) have prepared me for this role. I’ve chaired more meetings than I would like to count. Most recently, I chaired Site Contact meetings that increased this role from less than 30 to 101 Site Contacts, and I intend to continue this work so that all locations have a Site Contact. I advocated for Support Staff at Councils and Conventions that gained solidarity for us from across the Prairie region and Canada.
As Vice President, I intend to listen to you and advocate for your collective voice. I believe transparency requires our Executive Committee to come to you, digitally and in person, with information and to ask for your democratic approval. You are the highest authority of Unifor Local 1990, and I will stand up for our collective goals in every way I can: Livable wages that reflect our work, Safe workplaces, and homes.

Jill Hadden
With over 20 years of dedicated service as a SIS Data Clerk and three years proudly serving as Vice
President of our union, I, Jill Hadden, am honored to continue standing with and fighting for our members. Throughout my time in this role, I have never wavered in my commitment to protect and support our union family—especially when they’ve faced investigations or accusations. I stand beside our members without judgment and with unwavering resolve, and I’m proud that in many of those tough moments, we’ve seen outcomes in their favor.
I believe in results, not rhetoric. My loyalty is to our members—not the district—and I will never back
down from a fight when our rights, voices, or dignity are on the line.
In addition to advocacy, I’ve worked to bring our members together through organizing beloved events
like our annual Christmas evening, year-end celebration, and retirement party. These gatherings are a reminder of the strength and unity we share—not just as coworkers, but as a community.
I’m a proud mother of two, a grandmother of two (with one more blessing on the way this August), and someone who understands the importance of being heard, valued, and represented. I’m running for Vice President because our members deserve a leader who listens, acts, and delivers.
Together, we are stronger—and I will continue to be your voice, your ally, and your fighter.

Rae Rankin
My name is Rae Rankin, I have worked within the CCSD for the past 5 years as an Education Assistant in the Special Education Program at St. Isidore. My work in this role has deepened my dedication to supporting students with diverse learning needs and strengthened my commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for both students and staff.
Throughout my time in the district, I've come to understand the critical role support staff play in shaping student success and the overall school climate. I am passionate about advocating for fair treatment, respect, and recognition for all education professionals - especially those who often work behind the scenes to keep our schools running smoothly.
While I am also a devoted single mother of four, it is my professional experience that drives my advocacy. I believe in the power of teamwork, compassion, and persistent advocacy to bring about meaningful change in our schools.
