A grievance is a difference between the Union, Unifor Local 1990 - its members, and management over what the collective bargaining agreement means, and/or the way the CBA is applied in practice.
Information about grievances with CCSD can be found in our Collective Agreement, under Article 12.
If you feel a formal grievance needs to be filed, please contact your Area Representative. Your Representative will discuss this grievance with you, gather information, and elevate to our Local President as required.
