A Racial Justice Advocate is a specially trained workplace representative who is a member of the Black, Indigenous or Racialized community, providing confidential support to assist fellow members facing racial discrimination, harassment and violence and more.
Local 410 is pleased to advise Brother Jim Shea has taken the role of Racial Justice Advocate for our members.
